Cancellation Policy: Please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to change or cancel an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice or missing your appointment will result in the full cost of the treatment being charged.
Lateness Policy: At The Attic we allow plenty of time for each appointment so our clients never feel rushed, we also want you to have your full time of hands on treatment, but if you are more than 10 minutes late we will have to take the time off of your treatment so that the next client isn’t kept waiting.
For bookings less than 24 hours in advance please send us a message using the contact page, as there may be availability that is not showing on the online booking calendar.
If there is a specific day or time you require and it is not available through the online booking system please feel free to email using the contact page as some appointments may be available on request.
